REFUND POLICY

14-day returns
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.

How to start a return
Email us at cmomomentum@gmail.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return. We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without contacting us first can’t be accepted.

Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer and isn’t refundable.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund, and you won’t need to ship anything back.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to appear.

Exceptions
Items that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery can’t be returned.
